Daily practice pays off.

Drawing daily has been more challenging than I expected. I managed to draw every day this week, but I had to take advantage of blind contours and doodling to meet my daily drawing goal. At the same time, I feel like the drawing I do when I settle down and take my time is getting better as the month progresses. Last night’s drawing of Tam is the best thing I’ve done all month.

    1. Thanks, Terri. It’s practice more than anything. Instruction can help and “talent” might make it easier for some, but lots of practice is the key.
