One of the many inspiring miniaturists I’ve discovered on YouTube is Raven’s Minis. While she’s interested in many things, her Harry Potter builds are my favorites. She has a series of dioramas in matchboxes showing everything from the Hogwarts common rooms to Gringotts wizarding bank (complete with a tiny dragon on the roof).
The build that originally caught my attention and still fills me with awe is her rendition of Dumbledore’s office, based on the movies. Her attention to detail is astonishing, and the amount of work that went into this is obvious in the final piece. Here is her ten-minute video showing a little of her process along with the stunning results.
